Roof restoration all depends on the type of roof you have. It can require cleaning or cleaning and resealing (only suitable for cement and metal roofs).

The process of a roof restoration include:

Repairing a roof does not necessarily require replacing the whole roof. Majority of the time all your roof needs is repairing and a little tlc.

Moss, algae and lichen can also damage roof tiles causing leaks and contribute to the blocking of gutters and drain pipes creating further maintenance problems. This mainly occurs with terracotta roofs.
First we make sure your roof is water tight by replace broken tiles and repair flashing where it is required.
We then apply a steriliser with an anti fungicide to ensure there is no regrowth.
We will then high Pressure Clean the roof.
Gutters will be pressure cleaned and all debris removed.
We finish off by rinsing down all walls gutters and paths.
