He is a very personable individual with a good work ethic. It would be hard to fault the quality of his finished work. That said, he could improve his communication skills as we were unsure on a couple of days if he was going to arrive. For example, telling us he would arrive at 07:30am but showing up at 09:30am. He also took accountability for some minor accidental damage caused in our kitchen reducing his quoted price to cover the cost of replacing the damaged parts. This was refreshing as many tradies simply don’t tell you they have damaged something. I’d hire him again without hesitation.
