Design Process

A Grade Landscapes prides itself in being reliable and full of innovative ideas; we will tailor your needs to suit any budget, when it comes to transforming someone’s nightmare into a paradise, leave it to us. With much care taken and very flexible on site consultations we will not rest until your desire becomes our passion.

After making your initial enquiry, via phone or e-mail, Alex Menniti ( Proprietor ) will promptly be in touch. He will chat to you about your project and be able to tell if our service and what we offer is right for your needs. Alex will make a time to meet you on site to further discuss your project brief.

From here Alex will prepare a free proposal tailored to your job and outlining the scope of works for your consideration. We cover all aspects of the design process and can take your project right through from concept to construction documentation.


Build Process

With the design complete, our experienced construction team will guide you through every step of the way to ensure your needs are strictly met. Our construction team consists of qualified tradesman, trained staff and skilled contractors who specialise in art of the built landscape space.

Alex Menniti will work to ensure costs, time-frames, material, quality and most of all the expectations of all our clients are fully met.

We set a very high standard of work ethics and communication with our clients to the smallest detail, there is no job too big or too small that we don’t take pride in every step of the way.
