Ecohabit Homes is a registered architectural practice that has been in business for over 15 years. We provide thorough architectural services to our clients ensuring they get the very best results every single time.

We are experts in Modern Methods of Construction (i.e. lightweight framed construction, prefabrication, modular) and always aim for fast design and construction within time frames of as little as 6 months.

We are also leading designers in sustainable and energy efficient building design. However, we always aim to focus on the comfort of a building's occupants rather than the star rating a building will achieve.

Our expertise

We take the architecure industry seriously and are active in the architectural community. We are Leading Partners of The Property Council of Australia, and our lead architect Adrian Fratelle is a leading committee member of the Institute of Archictects, a PrefabAus board director and a Property Council multi-residential committee member.

Ecohabit Homes is leading WA towards sustainable living and eco-designed homes that minimise energy use, cost and the environmental impact of living over the long term. In fact, we often do talks around Perth on sustainable design.
