We have 15 quotes and at the end, J T Solar (trading as Aussie Hybrid Solar), comes way above the others in; product, reliability (been in the solar industry for about 10 years), price, and outstanding customer service (one of J T Solar directors, Jason came to our home twice at our request, Jason also drove us to J T Solar Warehouse/Office in Silverwater twice at our request). Also, J T Solar is very accommodating in amend their standard contract for us, to satisfy our particular requests and situations. J T Solar installed our Solar System on 8th December 2018, less than 1 week after we have signed with J T Solar at the beginning of December. Another J T Solar director also took an hour to listen to our feedback. Bill, the CEC approved installer and contracted to J T Solar is very experienced and a professional, works by industry/government standards and regulations. His team is very good and efficient at install Solar Systems. They are very neat workers and cleaned up at the end. Bill also spend quite some time at the end to help us set up WIFI connection to the Inverter as we have some problems with our mobile phones. Best regards to Jason and Bill and their respective team.
