Aaron Boultbee

Director | Designer | Draftsman

Aaron Boultbee is the Director of Plot Design and is a professional building designer, architectural draftsman and sustainability consultant, with over 15 years experience on residential and commercial projects.

Aaron diverse experience includes project, operation and office management as well as working extensively with engineers, landscape and building designer / architects and operating his own building design practise.

As Director of Plot Design, Aaron draws upon these skills to understand each project and work with the project team in a forward thinking, responsive and collaborative way. Providing high quality design, drafting and consultancy services on residential, grouped housing, small commercial and development scale projects.

Aaron takes pride in working with our clients and the project team to achieve best practise sustainability outcomes. These include passive solar design, renewable energy systems, energy assessments, development scale design guidelines, productive and water efficient garden design and Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) projects.

Aaron is a HIA Greensmart Professional and has experience as an building thermal performance assessor accredited under the Nationwide Housing Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS).

Aaron enjoys the hills lifestyle and Plot Design operates from his home studio in Parkerville.
