    Alex is amazing! His team showed up on time & finished before estimated time. Alex even answers replies messages on weekends! extremely knowledgeable and customer service focused. Had concerns post job completion & Alex showed up in no time walked around the house with me & explained every single bit of problem & how to solve it. Both Ali and Ameen were really good, kept me engaged throughout the job working & till completion. There is a Room for improvement for back-office communication.
