Rest Assured Builders recently repaired a floor and wall where a leaking gutter had rotted the corner of a bedroom. Alan did a very good job and his workmanship is excellent. Both my husband and I were impressed by Alan's competence and professionalism. We felt very satisfied with the amount that we paid and felt that we could trust Alan to do a good job, which he did. Many thanks indeed.

For 15 years, Rest Assured Builders has been serving the construction and repair needs of Endeavor Hills, Victoria. Most of the services we offer are on renovations, building maintenance and repairs, and structural work, among others.
Our Builder
Our business has been running for a decade and a half but Alan, our builder, has been in the trade for 39 years now. He is a registered builder who started his apprenticeship when he was 17. He also started the business himself, and has earned a good reputation for his workmanship. He does most of the job alone, but contractors are hired whenever needed. You can bank on the quality of our workmanship based on the length of experience of our reliable and professional builder.
Our Services
Here are the services that we offer:
- Building — We provide new home construction, renovations, general building work and project management. We also work on home extensions and granny flats.
- Windows — We offer whole window replacement, window frame installation, and repairs
- Carpentry —We service doors, ramps, house frames, decks, windows, handrails, skirtings, architraves and renovation projects.
- Building designer — We work on extensions, additions and new homes.
- Extensions & Additions — We offer design, building permit acquisition, construction and project management. We also work on ground floor extensions, 2nd storey additions and garages.
- Pergolas — We build timber pergolas that will suit your needs.
- Decking — We handle construction jobs as well as offer timber decking services.
- Patio — We build and repair patios.
- Project Management
Rest Assured Builders does mostly residential work. We provide proper quotation to our customers through touching base with them and going onsite to see the scope of the job that needs to be done. We charge per hour occasionally, but usually most are based on quotations. Our terms of payment is convenient as we accept cash, direct deposit and other methods. We normally do not have standard hours of operation; our working time is flexible.
Our Guarantee
When you work with Rest Assured Builders, you are working with a competitive company. Alan, our builder, has years of experience in industry knowledge. We have a warranty or guarantee regulation that varies for every customer. For a new house, the warranty is 6 1/2 months. We also insured by both QBE and HIA to give clients a peace of mind.
