ABOUT US
The business has been operating since 2013 but its principal, Adam Smee, has been involved in planning for over ten years. Adam is a qualified bushfire hazard practitioner and is accredited by the Tasmania Fire Service to assess the bushfire hazard posed to all types of buildings and to provide BAL ratings.
Southern Planning may also provide bushfire hazard assessments for subdivisions in collaboration with other practitioners.
Adam is a qualified land use planner with over ten years experience working in local government. Adam is an expert on Council processes and procedures.
Southern Planning may assist in Planning Permit/Development Application preparation and in responding to Council requests for additional/further information. Southern Planning also provides advice relating to planning appeals
