I am Alan La Fontaine of Total Maintenance, I am a professional who has more than 45 years of experience. Total Maintenance has been in the business of meeting home maintenance needs for 15 years now. I specialise in all aspects of home and garden maintenance. My services are focused mainly on residential work but I also do a bit of commercial work. With my decades of experience, you can be sure that I am honest and trustworthy, and that I deliver good quality workmanship.
My Services
My handyman services include basic carpentry, basic garden jobs and basic fencing. I also handle furniture assembly, welding, picture and mirror hanging, and even odd jobs. Repairs of locks and shower base are also included in my services.
More Information
I normally charge for my services based on hourly rates or quotes, depending on the job. For a quote to be provided, I need to know what the customers want to get done and when they want it to be completed.
What makes my prices competitive is that other people will not offer the same quality of service that I provide. Paying for my services is quick and easy for customers as I accept cash, cheque, and direct deposit as modes of payment.
As for warranty, I personally guarantee all my works. Aside from that, Total Maintenance is an insured company. I work flexible hours. Contact me to check my availability.
